About Swayam

I grew up in India, where I consistently ranked among the top 5% in my school. Back then, I spent many hours in a robotics lab—a place that not only matched my career interests but also sparked a deep curiosity about how things work. For a time, I was equally fascinated by astrophysics, captivated by the mysteries of the universe and the beauty of the stars. These early experiences laid the foundation for my love of science and technology.

In 2022, I made the move to the United States, a transition that came with its own set of challenges and opportunities. Adjusting to a new school system and culture was both exciting and daunting. I had to learn a different style of learning and build a new community from scratch, all while maintaining my focus on my academic and personal interests.

Over time, I began to dive deeper into technology by working on programming projects in Java and Python. Joining clubs like the International Club and Media Club helped me connect with like-minded peers and broaden my perspective. These experiences not only enriched my understanding of technology but also taught me about resilience, adaptability, and the value of community.

As I look toward the future, I am preparing to study Computer Engineering with the hope of specializing in robotics and AI.
