Robot progress map
When we were younger, we watched movies that imagined a future filled with humanoid robots, or a 2025 where robots were everywhere. Some believed it, some didn't. Today, its 2025, and the robot race has started all over the world, every country with outstanding progresses in AI, machine learning, and technology. Thus before i felt any more left out, I started my own robotics project that will be executed in three versions, each being a complete robot. Currently, I’m working on V1, which will be capable of listening, responding, and engaging in basic conversations. Below is the roadmap for V1.
Initial design
My first goal was to design a simple body for V1 that can hold all essential hardware in its... stomach? Among the 145 problems I ran into, leg imbalance and Ender printer errors are a few I showed in the picture here. the goal was to have a solid infilled leg that can hold the weight of the body while having a blend of robohuman features. Another problem faced was the length of the body which wasn't tall enough to vertically store a Raspberry pi 5 board with USB- microphone attached.

Remodeled design
After upsizing the body, I installed a cover held in place by magnets to keep the inside easily accessible for repairs or simply during the building process. Alongside, I started the wiring of some glowing red eyes for the bot.
